We will always fully refund you if your item is defective or lost in transit.
We can not offer refunds on 'undelivered' or 'lost in transit' items sent via Standard Post.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you don’t contact us within this time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able offer you a refund.
No refund will be given on shipping costs, unless the item was defective or lost in transit.

If you don't like your item and wish to return it please do so within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Personalised orders 
- Custom orders 
In some cases we will still be able to accept returns and refund you. So please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to help you.

Exchanges will be decided on a case by case basis. Same rules as for "Returns" apply. To discuss an exchange please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your item. We will do our best to help you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is defective.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your item, we will not be able to refund you.

Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once your item has been shipped we can’t cancel the transaction.
